　墓に埋めるために作られたと思われる小形のテーブルです。取り外し可能な四本の脚は馬の脚を象(かたど)っていて、先端には蹄(ひづめ)が表現されています。盤の上面はお盆のように縁が立ち上がり、波状文や幾何学的な文様が刻まれています。風化により表面の釉のガラス質が薄い層を成し、光って見えます。

　A small table-shaped pottery utensil buried in the tomb to function as the real object it represented for the deceased.It has four removable equine legs inserted into the table top which is decorated with incised geometric patterns.The silver iridescence on the surface is the result of centuries of burial which decomposed the vitreous glaze into thin layers.
