三つの羊頭が向き合った形の五徳（ごとく）です。この上に鍋などをのせ、煮炊きに用います。煤が付着しており、実際に使用されたことが分かります。縁に刻みを入れ、十文字や列点の文様が彫り込まれています。

This hearth made of clay is decorated with three sheep-head motifs. The burned and darkened areas suggest that the hearth was actually used for cooking. The surface is decorated with incised lines and marks.
