2枚の長方形の布の前と脇を縫い合わせて作った既婚女性用の上衣です。白く見えるのは植物の種子で、ビーズのように飾りに縫いつけられています。また、赤い糸で刺繍が施されています。

Married Karen women wear this type of blouse. They are known for their dexterous weaving technique. The Karen as well as other mountain tribes of Thailand daily wear beautiful traditional attire. This blouse dyed in indigo almost to the tone of black is decorated with white seeds and red thread.
